We provide a personalized service for you.  Our goal is to make your search for service as simple and hassle-free as possible.  One call to us initiates our easy referral process.  Based on your need or that of your client, patient or family member, we promptly provide a personalized list of referrals to suit their needs.
Our easy referral process:
  • We identify the clients’ needs, based on health status and need, geographic preference and financial restrictions, as a part of our initial discovery process.
  • We develop a list of resources based on this need.
  • We notify our preferred communities or service providers of the need and facilitate initial contact.
  • We monitor the interaction between the client and service provider until there is a satisfactory placement, service, product or result.
  • We remain in close contact throughout the entire process.
  • We routinely conduct wellness checks on our clients after placement or service completion. We survey our clients to gauge their level of satisfaction with service.
  • We pledge that our client’s wellness and care are our priorities.  We only make placements to suit their  direct needs.
